Do you ship worldwide and how much does shipping cost?
Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer our customers free shipping to the USA, Europe with tracking.
The shipping process
We start processing your order immediately and can therefore no longer make any changes after the order has been placed. You will only be charged for the import taxes and/or EU VAT applicable to the items.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
We only ship on working days and not on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
On average we need between 1 and 5 business days to fulfill your order. However, some items may take longer, especially on major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues. Orders will be dispatched for delivery once stock availability is confirmed.
For orders with multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the different locations of the production partners.
Deliveries
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 21 business days depending on your country or region. Specific delivery dates are neither mentioned nor guaranteed.
For reference, we offer the following delivery estimates by country:

- Canada: 7-15 days
- United Kingdom: 7-21 days
- Australia: 5-14 days
- Europe: 7-21+ days

Duties, taxes and other fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all applicable import taxes and return shipping costs.
