Return Policy

Style, size and photo changes

Once you have placed your order, you agree and understand that this is a custom product and will go into production immediately and there is no window for further changes.

Address changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please email us with your order number, current shipping address and the address you would like to change it to. We can change the address until your order leaves our factory!

Damaged/misprinted items

If the product arrives defective, we will reorder the item and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and your order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.

If you are not satisfied with the result of your product, please send an email to kimberly@womens-only.com. Fill out our contact form and include a picture of your item with an explanation of the problem and your order number. A member of our team will then be able to help you.

Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.

Damaged/misprinted items can only be replaced within one month from the original order date. After this one month period, Womens-Only is not responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items.

Please note that the design, size, color and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image is selected and sent to you, Womens-Only will not be responsible for replacing these items.

Product image disclaimer

Please note that while we endeavor to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, due to changes in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that each photograph in production will accurately reflect the actual color or appearance of the goods. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material or size of an item.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will replace the package and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we will have to wait 30 days before refunding the order in case the package finally finds its way to you and is delivered. Be sure to email us every 7 days with an update if you have already received the order. Our customer service team will periodically review your order throughout the four weeks to track progress and provide accurate updates.

Cancellations/Returns

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 5 minutes of placing your order due to our one day production turnaround time. If you cancel within the given deadline, you will receive a full refund. Because your personalized products are unique and made just for you, a customization fee of $9 per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order more than 3 hours after purchase, we will refund the full price of your item minus the $9 adjustment fee.

For any damaged or dissatisfied products, you are responsible for returning your order. The costs of returning the order are always borne by the customer.
